We live in the neighborhood and have been multiple times over the last 2-3 years. We'd love to go for an occasional drink or snack, but the wine prices have gotten nuts and the selection is mediocre. We wish it was a better option because of its location, but for where it is, the prices have gotten too high.
Love this place! The menu is creative, the dishes are delicious! Nice atmosphere, great staff!
bit pricy but great food and service
Good music, good food, good prices
Five star experience, five star price for good Mediterranean food. Best thing we ordered? The appetizer platter! It fed us till we were almost too full for our entrees! Very pretty place to dine in. Service was also quite excellent. Their great reputation in the OC is well deserved.
Great place to eat but limited options the fact these were med food all about
My wife decided that she would like to eat out late afternoon on Mother's Day. We had celebrated Mother's Day on Saturday instead to avoid the crowd. We were told by Zov's that they could seat my family at the bar at 5:30pm. We got there and to our surprise and delight, they seated my family at a table. (instead of the bar) A moment later, the manager came and explained that they had seated us at a table by mistake. We offered to move to the bar, but was told that because of my children, we could not be seated at the bar. He said they would figure it out and left us at the table. I could see that the restaurant was very crowded with other families celebrating Mother's Day and felt badly, but I appreciated the kind and calm response of the manager. The food was good and the service was great!
Essentially a marginally-upscale Olive Garden. Baffling that this is billed as "Mediterranean" when it's essentially just Italian dishes but also with a kabob on the menu, however that's not the issue. The issue is that I made the mistake of getting the salmon which was bone dry and visibly overcooked to anyone with eyes. Crazy to me that they're charging over $30 for that tiny bit of poorly cooked fish, because not just that, it was plated worse than a toddler's recreation of Mona Lisa with finger paints on a bed of wilted arugula with an unsalted potato medallion beneath swimming in a poor of a horribly paired red wine sauce. Your parents probably love this place, but you can and should do better. Our server was lovely at least, and the complimentary bread was decent for whatever that is worth.
EDITED: After seeing the response from the restaurant, I decided to go back and check the kids menu. I originally stated there weren't enough options. It looks like I probably just missed it because they do have a lot of great options for kids. Sorry for my error I just wanted to make it right.
NEW REVIEW: My wife and I love this place. The food is great and the drinks are great. We have even hosted company parties at the Tustin location. Must try.
Very friendly and attentive place with really good food.
All around solid place to eat. Good food, service, bar, & outside seating.
All good - all the way around. Asked server for recommendations, and she didn't steer us wrong.
Food was great and so was the atmosphere. Music was on point and waiter was highly attentive.
