Tiger Sugar - Irvine

Yesterday I placed an order here on a delivery app and it was cancelled. I tried to contact them for three times but none of my calls got answered. Today I placed an order again and it was cancelled again and exactly the same happened. They have no willingness to communicate their customers and no sincerity in the business. If you are not gonna take my order anyway just shut down and stop wasting my time. There are so many great boba places in Irvine so I would never ever visit this one again.

Edit 1/31: I was in the area again just now and decided to try again. It is 12:35 pm and the door was once again locked with no employees inside that I could see. I went at 11:38 am and the door was still locked and the shop looked empty - no employees. Guess I won’t be able to try their boba tea. Edit: management replied and said the shop opens at 12pm but the door signage and Google Maps show 11:30 am opening time.

Drink order messed up and I do understand things happen but the employee being rude was unnecessary.

Came here for the jumbo sized boba and this is not boba this is just jelly

Not sure why the low ratings my experience was great and the boba was soft and fresh and warm. They’re new so give them a try

We met the owner and the employee and they went above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
