Zizzi - Richmond

Had a gorgeous pizza here Saturday, Sticky Pig, there's so much choice on the menu and the food is such good quality you wouldn't think you were in a chain restaurant. Lovely waiting staff, our waiter was Roland, who did a fantastic job taking our orders and delivering our food and drinks effortlessly, there were 15 of us!! Well worth a visit to Zizzi!

Great service from Andre - very friendly and attentive.

Worst dining experience in a long time. Although not busy, we weren't given menus and had to fetch ourselves. Waiter who served us was discourteous, was very abrupt and begrudgingly provided alternative menus for allergies. The service was not only slow and unfriendly, but also forgot multiple things, so not a pleasant eating experience. We decided not to leave a service charge for above reasons, and when paying, the waiter rolled his eyes and dropped the receipt on the table in obvious disgust. Would recommend people steer clear, as much better options to visit in Richmond.

Lovely restaurant, warm and welcoming. Staff so attentive, polite and authentic while the food was delicious! We shall definitely be back!
