We had booked our reservation through Swiggy membership, after reaching we were asked to sit inside when we wanted outdoor sitting/pool view sitting. And, upon asking the waiters lied stating outdoor sittings are reserved and pool view sitting are Non operational. Whereas, Later I found that for the entire time the tables were vacant only and pool view sitting was also operational. If you want to prioritise requests for In-house booking then don't accept bookings from Swiggy/Zomato. It's unfair being treated low.
sitting at zing bar a d lounge ...gave order for one drink and a bottle of water ....order given at 1015 hrs ...still waiting till 1125 hrs ....1130 presumly the zing bar closes .....kindly improve the guys who r serving ...if they become part of the guests and start giving advices like too much crowd so food will be difficult to serve !!!!!then seriously u guys to look into your hotel business ....forget about food ....if someone has to wait for 1 hr for a pint of beer and bottle of water ....then management needs to wake up n pull their socks ...pathetic is the word.....very very sorry affair in a place like hyatt .....totaly appalling
