Zia's on The Hill

Catering for hungry athletes!!! This was hands down the best meal, service and value I’ve ever experienced. We needed to feed a team of teenagers after playing and Len from Zia’s was amazing. Everything went exactly as planned. Communication was prompt and regular. Len set everything up for us and helped us dress the salad and make sure we had everything we needed. The food was an absolute hit with the parents and the players. We demolished the salad and bread and the baked mostaciolli and put a huge dent in the pasta alla vodka sauce. Everyone got second helpings and were thrilled with their meal in the hotel basement of the Hampton Inn downtown. This meal put all others to shame and my only regret is that Len and Zia’s aren’t available in the other cities we’re headed to. The next time we are in St Louis we will make Zia’s our meal of choice!! Thank you!!! Vegetarian options: We went meat free since it was a Friday in Lent. No one missed the meat!! So good!

Food was awesome!

The owner was very rude. We had a problem with our service and meal being horrible and she didn’t apologize at all until I sad something to her. She just made EXCUSES. A lot of EXCUSES as to why we would be unhappy and NOTHING was her fault or the restaurants fault. We eat here a lot n it’s not cheap but now I will be trying other places on the Hill because obviously she needs to learn some manners on how to treat your customers. I will say she said sorry once AFTER I brought it to her attention that she hadn’t said it at all in 10 minutes of excuses she had. Please if your looking to spend your hard earned money GO SOMEWHERE where it’s appreciated. She doesn’t care about customers experience. I just can’t get over how RUDE she was to both my husband and myself. Even though we spent over $100 there. She doesn’t deserve our money. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Great time! Amaizing food and service!

The place stays pretty packed so be prepared to wait for seating… when I tell you it’s worth it..IT IS DEFINITELY WORTH IT! I had the most wonderful experience at Zia’s on the Hill. The food was so delicious.. and even though they were jammed packed the service was great as well! I came here all the way from NJ while on a road trip and I will be back again with my kids! I speak about the experience all time and also my favorite appetizer arancini and their salad lol my kids are looking forward to our trip soon!! Can’t wait to enjoy another delicious meal!

Service impeccable. When visiting family in Illinois I always go to St Louis to eat dinner at Zia's.
