Food is always great, but the guy taking orders is rude and seemed severely irritated. If you ask him any questions about the menu, he responds in an angry tone as if I was bothering him with my order and paying for the food?!? Why you yelling bro?!? Go get a nicotine patch or take a smoke break! Subs are delicious… customer service at its worst!

Came in to get food and the man working the counter was rude. He said the electricity just came on and it’s going to take a long time to get the grill warm and about 10-15 minutes to get the ovens warm. He sounded like he didn’t even want to be there and when I asked questions he seamed very irritated. He doesn’t seem like a customer service type of person. I get the frustrations of electricity being out but he doesn’t need to take it out on the customers. The drink machine wasn’t turned on and the same man made it like it was the end of the world to turn the machine on.

Husband walks in the door at 6:30p. Of all the places I could eat, I wanted a Zeros sub. Husband Watched employee with glasses, tattoos and a limp proceed to walk away and start throwing items in the kitchen (WOW) Young lady did take my order however it was overshadowed by the bad attitude of employee with the limp.while waiting, obnoxious employee says people don’t understand “Ebonics” just as two more customers came in at approximately 6:35p and both were told by the guy with the limp that they were closing down and not taking any more orders. “Really” you close at 7pm! He then turned the signs in the window to “CLOSED” I was then given my sub by the female employee at that time employee with limp was standing at the door where I made my exit. He then said have a nice evening. My reply? You are reading it!!! #betterchoicenexttime #morethan1subplace #spendingmy$elsewhere

They have the most friendly people here. Get the chicken Philly! Everything rocks.

Usually I don’t have an issue at this particular location but on 10/31 about 730 I’m walking to the door and there a man making a sub shaking his head and saying go home! Now I thought I was tripping until I got closer. Once I got closer he the turned and proceeded to make the sub like he wasn’t just telling me not to come in! I turn back around o don’t even trust y’all making my food anymore! Horrible customer service
