Hailing from Taiwan, our head chef Henry Yang has spent over 40 years in culinary pursuits. He has honed his craft with time spent in Thailand as well as provinces ranging across China and its major culinary hubs. Some of his noteworthy achievements include the wildly successful Mr. Charlie's Fortune Cookie.
