can a manager please respond and explain how many hours it took for one of your staff to go tuna fishing in order to charge $4.29 for a can of tuna? April 2 2024 since the store on Dougall stop stocking a product I called this store and put on hold for 5 minutes and told to call back in 15 minutes as the employees were on break so I asked to speak to the manager who told me she was working at a checkout and if I could wait for 2 people in line to be taken care of she would be able to check to see if the product was in stock. Are you kidding me! So I hung up. What the HELL kind of store are you running! Minus 100 stars Incompetence! I called to make sure that the store had the website advsertised Rose Spring Salad Mix in the store. I spoke to a clerk who checked and told me that it was in stock. When I went to the store they did not have it but instead had Spring Mix which consists of a few rose leafs and the rest spinach. Reading should not be difficult and very frustrating to drive all that was only to find out the clerk cannot read. The other store on Dougall is just as bad due to the fact that whoever does the ordering does a terrible job because half the time they run out of spinach, see expired spinach or do not reorder rose spring salad mix. How hard can it be - not interested in excuses - just do your job please!!!!
