Zaxby’s

This place is ran by teens...I waited from 742-820p only to receive poor quality food. I forgot to take a picture of the salad but it was horrible. (The picture is the zaxbys signature club sandwich...that brown speck is the bacon ). Had they given me my receipt bk I'd call corporate.

I am from up north where there is no Zaxby's but man this place is solid! Everything fresh and hot!

Hey Crystal, must be the same rude, immature group working on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. At least 4 of them working but sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. “Didn’t have chicken ready” although it’s a chicken restaurant. Didn’t seem to care about making customers wait nor trying to make it any better. Funny thing, when I drove over to the drive thru to take a picture of who was at the drive thru, they could all come to the window then, but couldn’t take an order! I know good help is hard to find but this group is ruining your business and reputation. I hope you are able to find someone that respects your business. But sorry, I won’t be back! Best of luck

The food was good except for the egg rolls that has a lot of grease

I came on my lunch break .. and wanted something good to eat .. I ordered the cheddar bites and this is what I got .. burnt & hard.. very disappointed

Everything that I have gotten from Zaxby's. I love it. My son goes there more than I do and he loves it more than I think I do lol Parking: It's located in a shopping center and there's a lot of room for everyone to park. There shouldn't be a problem with parking

Absolutely the best! The employees were all polite and also helped me navigate through my app. The food was amazing and fresh! The atmosphere overall was like a breath of fresh air. Definitely my go to for lunch with my 1 year old.
