A Friday night in March 2024. Dinner with the family Cobb salad was delicious. chicken was said to be a little salty but delicious all the same. All in all a good experience. Vegetarian options: Yes salads Parking: The parking has spaces that are stripped Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely
I’ve been on a zaxbys kick lately, I feel like this place is pretty underrated, and pretty much all I eat is chicken strips so that’s a high compliment lol. I will say the employees at this one on Mingo are much more friendly than the one on Yale.
UPDATE: Gift cards are now working to use at this location. I used one today in fact. It's disappointing they took away my favorite "Zalad"--the Blue Zalad. Now you have to choose Cobb, then pay extra for "torch tongue" chicken fingers and blue dressing to make a similar salad. No real blue cheese though. Did blue cheese get too expensive?? UPDATE: still no Blue Zalad. Sad. _______________ Went to Zaxby's today as we frequently do and tried to use our gift cards as we've done EVERY time for the last several years! And we were told they no longer accepted Zaxby's own corporate gift cards, because the "previous owner sold his shares." Are you kidding me?! These are CORPORATE gift cards that should work at ALL Zaxby's locations! I will be phoning Zaxby's corporate to complain. Who the heck is your new owner unwilling to following corporate practices?
Food is really good, prices are reasonable, the service was fantastic.
I was there to pick up a mobile order through the drive through, and they forgot about me. I was there waiting more than 20 minutes while all the drive through orders was given. I have to enter the restaurant to ask for my money back and the manager gets mad at me because my attitude.
