Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This has been my favorite location good always fresh but last night my children got sick after eating the kids meals they have had diarrhea for 12 hours straight and stomach pains also a friend of mines has complained that this is the same location that got her family sick

Placed an online order. Noticed items missing like drinks, which i got at the window. Sides also missing once I got home. Something missing from every plate. Ordered seasoned fries, and only one was seasoned and tossed in the box with unseasoned fries. I live five minutes away, and my food was also cold. I normally will not return to businesses for mistakes like this. The lack of customer care is evident in the prep of my order. Chalking the money I spent here to a loss. Tea did have plenty of ice.

Food is good that’s why I rate the two stars, cashier was sweet but the manager and some other employees on duty need to learn how to talk around customers especially not using foul language around them I heard it while taking my order. But next time I’ll be going to a different zaxby’s just not this one.

First timer. Very good. Reminded me of Canes. The manager was so sweet. She explained the offers. We'll be back.

They've got some new better improved employees, and it shows. No problems the last couple visits.

I came through the drive through tonight and got some chicken when I got home and opened the box the first piece had hair fried INTO the chicken ?? I brought it back they were super rude ab it don’t recommend!

Not at all what I expected! Extremely limited menu even for fast food in my opinion. This is one of the first times I've never looked at a menu before going to a fast food/restaurant but it's a chicken place so not sure how you call it a chicken place and you don't even have any pieces of chicken except chicken tenders. I can't speak for the food because I chose to go somewhere else. But it did seem clean but others that were looking at the menu also left they must have been there first time there also and were wanting actual chicken dinners.

it wasn't that great it wasn't terrible don't get me wrong.. it just wasn't for us! I will say the prices were fair and you did get a good portion of food! The staff was friendly and the place was clean!
