Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This review is for management. I know the workers there are trying their hardest. But it’s clear they need help. I waited in the drive thru only to be brought the wrong order that was then switched by another patron who realized hers was also wrong. Then the order she switched for the one I was given was not mine. I returned to the employees. Then I waited for about 20 minutes and finally went inside and “my order” was on the counter. Once I got that, there were no chicken fingers in the box at all. Still not my order. Do better and hire adequate staff.

Stale food...

Normal for Zaxby's . Dining room was not very clean.

No te atienden bien , siempre me dában la comida equivocada, no toman el orden bien

Great place not much to say about the food it's standard fast food but it is above places like mc Donald's and burger king

Was busy and just not up to the usual standards

Food is always good and folks alwys friendly only thing is the drink machine out front has been messed up for almost a yr. It might b better here and there but seems to never be rite. Have to ask for drinks from drive thru or get tea.

Love Zaxby's salads!

Great service. Breaded Shrimp was okay. Very salty. Fries were mushy. Shrimp tasted old and a few pieces were burnt. Daughter enjoyed the chicken tenders. Not worth $20!

Staff was very rude and judgmental the whole time I was there.

The customer service is horrible. Everyone is so upset to be at work and would rather talk amongst themselves than take orders .
