During my recent visit to Zaxby's, I ordered a “small handcrafted pink lemonade,” but was instead given a “large regular lemonade,” which I did not request. Additionally, I was charged for the large size despite asking for a small. Consistency in fulfilling orders and accurate pricing would greatly enhance the customer experience." Her answer to me was “oh my bad” she was rude about that. She didn’t do anything about it. It would bring me back because of the customer service.

The only guarantee in life is that they'll forgot my mayo. I go here a lot. The food is good, the people at the drive thru are nice, but they ALWAYS forgot to give me my mayo.
place looked clean and the service was kinda good. very nice employees. The soda machines was off and I guess the menu too. Sad when you get the wrong items. We decided to try the wings, I don't care for wings because at most places there either old or over cooked. To my surprise the Zaxby wings today tasted cold as if they had been in a frig and reheated..
My salad has soggy rotting pieces of lettuce in it. I wouldn’t keep lettuce like this in my fridge at home, I’m not sure how or why a restaurant would serve it to customers. Picking it out piece by piece but definitely have lost my appetite. Disappointed it’s not fresh.
