Best chicken place in Utah. Amazing toast, awesome fries, and great chicken. And it's all great value.

A typical Zaxby's serving a variety of chicken dishes with fries and a variety of sauces. The service was good at this location, but the bathrooms needed some attention. The fountain drink machine was also short on syrup resulting in less flavor and more seltzer water.

They would get 5 stars, but I had to ask that the fries be hot in the loaded fries, because some have been cold and seemed not cooked enough the last two times. And their coke is super weak, with little fizz. This last time I asked for one from their machine in the back. It had almost zero fizz, and didn't even taste like Coke.

Sometimes the chicken is a bit overcooked but they have wonderful customer service and will fix any issues with your order! One of my favorite places to eat. Good eatin!! : )

The workers are always so nice and doesn't rush u to complete ur order like all the other fast food places. I love their food, workers and facility.

Love this place! Best chicken I've had. I always go for tongue torcher sauce or sweet and spicy and get a number 3. Also awesome customer service and fresh quality food at very quick preparing speeds! Fast high quality matches the price well, which is cheaper than most of my BK trips I've had lol! Thank you! EDIT: 3 Stars now because 1: The food is not always fresh. 2: The men who take orders mispronoun or gender assign, they hear "Justin" instead of "Jesse" and are just not very professional with their greetings. 3: The Atmosphere is okay but they have a few of the same songs playing everyday, sometimes the tables aren't all cleaned when usually there's not very many people inside. There's also lamps that tall individuals will bonk their heads on if you're not careful.
