Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The service is very quick! Only once have I received fries at this location that weren't Absolutely Fresh but they weren't outright cold either. The chicken, toast, Etc we're all fresh and hot every time I've been at this location.

The new remodel is amazing!! The managers and cashiers are so friendly and always smile when helping you with ordering. The food is always great and always correct!!!

First and last time to eat at Zaxby’s. The food was actually good, but found out after I ate it that it contains MSG.

First time here enjoyed time with grandson and we don't have one in Beaumont Texas was a great experience

I went to eat at this restaurant, I order wings and things I’m very happy the food was fresh, the restaurant is very clean, very good customer service the person who took my order her name is Blanca.

I usually have a very good drive thru experience. Once a week at least, I order the Cobb salad with fried chicken. Delicious I don't know what happened today, Sunday Feb 25th at approximately 5pm. I ordered my usual and it was missing the boiled egg and bacon, they gave me regular toast not Texas and the tomatoes were old and wilted. If they had something going on, like low on food, they could've mentioned it and let me choose to get it or not. I would appreciate it if someone reaches out to make this right or I will speak with someone on my next trip. In my opinion, it's a pricey item to screw up. It was not a Cobb salad.
