Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The food is served hot. Usually eat the chicken strips. Most of the time the strips are of good size. Once in a while you might get a half of a strip. Service has been consistent. Large drink cups are flimsy styrofoam. Recommend you bring your own cup to transfer to. Peach tea is my favorite.

The only reason you don't get five is because when I don't ask for extra sauces you load me up, whenever I do ask I don't get them. Does this look like extra zax sauce and some ketchup? And I ordered a 4 finger plate, so y'all shorted me on that too

Came in at 7:45pm employees standing around doing nothing. Dining room floor was sticky all over, multiple tables dirty. Employee with blue hoodie picking his nose and not washing his hands.

Ate lunch here with a friend. He'd never been to a Zaxby's before so I thought he'd enjoy it. He did? He loved the decorations and atmosphere and said he preferred Zaxby's to Chick-fil-A but the latter still has better waffle fries....lol. All in all ..... the food was good, the place was clean and my friend enjoyed it. Good job Zaxby's.

The food got 4 stars because it was fresh, including the fries. I wanted all flats, but the manager said they couldn't do that. The cashier must have been new and not the friendliest. The place needed cleaning, so I don't know if they need help or what. But I'm still glad food was fresh. They do give a military discount.
