Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Let me just say this everytime i wanna give this place the benefit of the doubt they turn right back around and prove they don't deserve it. This place is one of the worst places you could ever go to eat i thought they were getting better but hell no i gave it a 2. Chicken went from omg good to straight up disgusting the salad is absolutely not fresh at all i pulled half my sald off my plate because it was brown not green. Customer services could use alot of work the atmosphere would be A+ with better customer services and ppl who actually like there job but babe listen cutting corners anit it. One thing is for certain I'm paying for fresh and sense this place can't get it right Chadders here I come❗️

We live on Redding Rd. Like every where, sometimes the order is wrong. Sometimes mixed size portions. We go here 2 to 4 times a month, since they opened. But not again. More often than not, order is wrong. But for the last few months, has been more disappointing than good. Just left there. 12 fries in our order. The absolute smallest piece of chicken, we have ever seen on a sandwich. I ordered The Signature sandwich. Close to refrigerator cold also. Just not even calling store.

Update.. This time they forgot all the sauces.. I tried to leave feedback on the website. It won't let me select a store, so I can't leave feedback. Surprise, surprise. Food's alright.. But this is the slowest zaxbys I've ever seen.

Service was good although I received the wrong dressing for my salad.

I come to this location often enough to know that the service is mild at most times. Like normal just getting peoples orders in and out quickly for business. But tonight it was done so well!! Abby, I believe her name was, was so kind and did her job effectively without seeming annoyed or indifferent. I wasn’t there for long but because of her I felt better about coming through and ordering. I hope she knows she’s appreciated:)

Not impressed with this Zaxby's at all! Pulled up to the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken & all I hear is laughing through the speaker ... Then I proceed to order and still laughing is going on.... They tell me the traditional wings will be a 15 min wait , fine I get that but it literally took 35 min . I was parked out front and seeing through the windows these girls in there messing with their hair and still laughing and joking , had a customer in the line honking and they paid no attention. Then we get our food & not impressed at all! It was cold after a 35 min wait. Shows it was sitting there . WE WILL NOT BE BACK❗

My wife, who is disabled, and I went to Zaxbys in Lexington. They brought our food out to our table for us and opened the door for my wife. She's in a wheelchair. Their service was a step above all the rest.
