Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

No one is eating inside. The place is empty. The food is better than other Zaxby's. I go to the ones on Battleground and Market Street. Battleground is better. The food just seems fresher and tastes better. The service is pretty fast as well. Parking: Plenty of parking available.

I am a huge fan of Zaxby's, but not this location. I have patronized this location a few times. It is convenient when I am GSO. I give restaurants a second or third chance because everyone can have a bad day. I ordered the new egg rolls and should have received two, but I received one. My big Zax pack was ice cold (fries cold and wilted, chicken cold and old, and toast was not fresh). I called to tell about the egg roll, and the manager was very pleasant, but I could not return to rectify it. I only found out about the food once I got home. This is unfortunate because Zaxby's has great food, especially the location in Whitsett. I will no longer patronize this location as, over an extensive timeframe, the food and service have stayed the same.

Decided to eat zaxbys for lunch I go in and order and none of the employees are wearing hats they all wondering off and not worried about the customer I’m very disappointed and will not return to this location

I was ordering my food and there was a literal DEAD RAT OUTSIDE OF IN FRONT OF THE MENU. DO NOT EAT HERE.

When I say this whole Zaxby’s at this location should just be shut down. It should just be shut down. This place is nothing but a grown daycare for high school kids and make me into a manager applicant’s and trust me it shows. The service sucks and it has for a while now. The management sucks. Everybody is rude and the service is ridiculous. What’s the point of having an app if they don’t use it properly for the services offered. Considering I work next door you would think this would be a convenient place to go. It’s not so whether I walk over or even if I drive you see that it’s vacant or clearly not busy. Every time gone there the parking lot is empty you get to the intercom you constantly have to wait you’re told to hold on but what are you holding for? if there’s nobody here Comical, right. Then, when you say something they remind you, I ask for you to give me a second and again how many seconds do you need to already not doing anything? My orders are always wrong I’m always shorted something. The temperature of the food is as if it’s been sitting there from when they first opened. Each time it’s a bad experience, so I’ll go the distance to get better everything. This place just isn’t it.

This review is based on fast food restaurants for chicken. Zaxbys is excellent for fast food service. They definitely have awesome chicken. Love their Chicken fingers and buffalo wings...

I always enjoy coming to Zaxbys chicken fingers for lunch when I’m looking for something quick but tasty. They never disappoint when I’m looking for a good meal and their prices are also very reasonable. The staff there are pretty friendly also so their customers are always welcome to come back. I’ll definitely be going back to zaxbys pretty soon, I highly recommend this place !
