Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

i don’t know what happened to this zaxbys location, it used to be my favorite but there seems to be a change in management or something, all of the employees that used to greet us when we walked in are not there anymore. The african american big manager lady is very rude.

I hate writing bad reviews because my family is in the restaurant business, but the service at this location is horrible. All the employees were huddled in a corner chatting away and I asked for a 1 zaxby’s sauce. I ordered the original sandwich meal and didn’t get a sauce. The employee said it was .25 per sauce. I told her I didn’t get one at all and she said the sandwich meals don’t come with a sauce. So zaxby’s will give you a free sauce with a kiddie meal, but not with an adult sandwich meal. It’s not about the .25 it’s about the principle. Doesn’t make sense. Hire employees who actually want to work and provide good customer service. From now on I’m chick fil a all the way.

First off let me just say I love the boneless barbecue chicken wings the dish I order every time but unfortunately 65% of the time the wings are over cooked, dry, and inedible so it's hard to keep going back paying 23$ for sub par food a bit over half the time I visit this location, and I understand that its technically classified as fast food but have so decency and self respect for cooking the food you sell for that price. I probably will not come back to this location until they shape up, if only the staff would stop using this job as their playground and put out some quality food.

i came by yesterday and there was this nice lady taking my order she was so sweet and asked me how how i was feeling she had a grey jacket and dark hair. i have never experienced a worker like this, it made my day.

Worst service ever!! Wait 40 mins for the food! Staff ignored people when asking how much longer food would be! Just ridiculous!!

I used to really like this location. As of late, there's a young lady in the drive through with so much attitude. She even commented and joked how pointless it was for me to just get a sandwich when I should've gotten a meal. Every time she's there, I'm guaranteed to have cold, hard food. I used to go at least once a week. Haven't been in 3 weeks. Don't think I'm ever going back.
