Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Could give me more than 10 fries

One person in our party had to wait while they cooked chicken for her sandwich. They gave us a lot of cookies as an apology. As a diabetic, I would like to see low carb options - no fries, no bread. We also couldn't push tables together for our large party.

My family loves zaxbys food but the service here is by far the worst service I've experienced at any location. Drive thru service employees really need some more customer service training. The same thing has happened numerous times and it's very frustrating. If you don't like to speak and listen to a customer you shouldn't be at a drive thru window!

Check your order. It's more than likely wrong and missing items.

Their water and soft drink taste it lead and chlorine. There’s definitely a problem with their plumbing or something

Talk about feeling ripped off. We ordered (2) 4 finger plates... more like 4 nubs... the fingers looked like they had been cut in half... the bread was stale like it had been sitting for hours...but we got there just after opening. We've been to several different Zaxbys locations... this was NOT normal for Zaxbys... usually plentiful portions and fresh... not this time. We left and ate somewhere else a little while later. Pretty disappointed.

Lauren who took my order today (Dec 4th 1pm) is a ray on sunshine. She seems really happy to be there and i love that. Good customer service from her. Food was quick as well. I hope she gets a raise.
