Ordered the advertised Zaxby Zalad for takeout Sunday after church. Worst salad ever. Wilted lettuce. Soggy overcooked egg roll. Overcooked dry chicken crumbles.

Seafood in my wings and things !!! So I come to this Zaxbys with my family and I get wings and things I get home and start my food and I see that there is a piece of shrimp in my chicken, I’m highly allergic to seafood so my wife called , they told us to come back and they could fix it for us. so we came back immediately. after waiting roughly 15 to 20 minutes the manager finally came to talk to me and I said that there’s a shrimp in my chicken and she goes okay you can’t get a refund cause we make our seafood and chicken in the same basket and the same grease so I asked her what are we gonna do about this today and she says nothing cause she stated she already told her general manager about it so I get no refund and almost a near death experience, after eating the chicken , my throat immediately started to swell, which is then when I saw the shrimp. Mrs T or Mrs toyna says “what ever “ after i told her throw it away because I can’t eat it. I told her I had no attitude so she shouldn’t give me one and she proceeds to try to argue, I also stated you should let your customers at the drive through know that you’re making your seafood and chicken in the same baskets and grease , which is completely unsafe . I told her she knows better she took a serv safe, she’s a manager , and she knows that’s wrong. The allergen statement states that the shrimp and chicken are cooked in the same grease, not the same basket. Then they proceeded to toss the shrimp and chicken in the buffalo sauce, and proceeded to serve it . so I recommend not eating here if you are severely allergic to seafood also not to mention the employees were enjoying themselves thinking it was funny. Not the experience I was expecting, and definitely not a good one for $25 worth of food that almost killed me and we couldn’t eat.
Did a mobile order for curbside pickup. Confirmed, "I'm Here," through app, 19 minutes went by when I glanced at the clock. I walked inside and the Hispanic gentleman at the register was too busy playing on his personal mobile phone. No greeting, no apologies, no smile, nothing. As if I am inconveniencing him for the job he's supposed to be doing. Food is cold, time is wasted, completely wasted mine and my colleagues lunch hour.
