The food is good, but the service was slow and they didn't put a coleslaw in my order. Drive through service... Update March 2020: They have changed their chicken to smaller pieces of chicken. We love Zaxby's but won't return until they serve the bigger portions of chicken again, come on Zaxbys!

Bland chicken. The Buffalo sauce for the boneless chicken tastes like nothing. The chicken was dry and stale. It was pretty obvious that all the food we were served was left out for hours prior [we got our food around 4]. Even the bread was soggy, the fries were firm and cold and they forgot all of the sauces. Will not be returning and would sadly not reccomend.

they never give you the sauce you want even if you ask and they repeat it back to you… clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction.
