Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food was cold, fries unseasoned, missing items from my order. Entire experience was underwhelming at best. The restaurant was not busy, so no excuses. Will NOT be returning.

Noah is the absolute best!!! Great personality!!!!! The young lady at the window was very nice as well!

Literally took 5 sips and it was gone, filled to the top with ice. All of our drinks were that way.

The male manager today 03/30/24 is horrible he deserves to lose his job I called because they messed up my order the manager was not helpful I told him I don't return food and get it fixed due to what I've seen in other kitchens I just want my money back he asked did I have the food I told him yes he then said well I can't do that I asked why he asked if I had the food then and he didn't have a answer so he said we are not going to come to an agreement there's nothing I can do and hung up so I went to the store angry of course I asked for the manager a girl came up I said no I want the one I was speaking to and I told him I wanted his bosses info to complain he said no I told him you f'd up my order and don't want to help me and don't want to give me your bosses info really and because my voice was louder now he said get out before I trespass you told him don't worry I will never go back for that type of service

Employees seemed like they were having a bad day despite being not at all busy.

Received 20 tenders when I was meant to receive 20 bone in wings. Noah, the general manager, told me he already wasted 20 tenders, which cost him “a lot of money” and will not replace the wrong order. Now I ordered 20 bone in wings, again, and have to wait, again, and had to pay, again. Thank you Noah, for not helping and making me pay again. ( I even brought back the 20 tenders!!! )

I’m doing just one star because you guys need to have a communication sign saying the you guys close the lobby earlier as well is the delay on your food we come here to have a relax time to eat not to have a bad day also I waited for almost 10 mint in the drive through just to make my Oder to tell me the nothing is ready

Drive thru and ordered the Asian Zaxation Salad. Quick, fast and delicious

This Zaxbys is absolutely incredible. We did drive-thru, and they got our order perfect and handed it to us immediately!
