Worst Zaxbys in CLT, from CUSTOMER SERVICE all the way down to the food. Manager or lead is very rude and disrespectful about a mistake her and her employees made. None of them seem knowledgeable about the menu items and what comes with it even though it’s posted on their menu/drivethru…food was cold and not fresh nor did it come with the things listed ON THEIR MENU

Just drive somewhere else. I’ve gone to this place 3 times during their “hours” and it’s been closed during 2 of them. I hope the Google hours are just wrong
