Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I go here almost every weekend with my kids. They love it. I order ahead with the app and my food is always ready when I arrive. Kid-friendliness: No play place but my kids are entertained by the wall art.

terrible service. The store manager Wendy Hidalgo made my experience even worse. I bought it from a 6-piece combo and due to the restaurant's failure, my meal included burnt plastic. I went back to have my food changed and Wendy Hidalgo treated me extremely badly with insults and bad gestures, yelling at me in front of the entire public and even so she refused to change my food. PLEASE SOLVE THE ISSUE
