I got a carmel ribbon crunch frappe from here and my friend got a mocha extra chocolate but instead they gave him barely any chocolate and Me extra Carmel like the worker was dyslexic or couldn't pay attention. Either way nobody was happy. Additionally i never ever feel like the drinks contain coffee or do anything for me. I still feel tired. I prefer Peet's because i can taste the beans strength in every sip i just am not interested in Starbucks anymore unless its offered or free.i especially stopped liking them after they got greedy and changed the star earnings program

The customer service is very very poor and they don’t know how to behave with customer

I am not sure what to say as I don't recall shopping there. I didn't go into that store but some else I may took up there may have.

I don't know why love our afghans but this one I would never forget,So I came in to get 4 bread *I was waiting*... and there was a man in front of me and he needed 4 bread too after his bread was ready the employee gived him a paper to not make that person's hand burn after my breads were ready I told him to give me something it's hot my hands gon burn and he looked at me and didn't answer and I said twice and he looked at me and didn't answer I ignored and after that I figured that my hand turned red and really bad hurt I would've given him 0 star if I could tho.
