The food is super good. My boyfriend and I got the Maui Black Pepper roll and the Salmon Ninja roll. Both were super good. The Philly roll was also one of the better smoky rolls we’ve had. Our server was also incredibly sweet and helpful. The atmosphere is also cute and cozy. Definitely will come back when in the area

Visited this place tonight. Had a reservation, waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Wasn’t acknowledged, I had to engage one of the waitresses in order to be seated. Only two waitresses on a Saturday night!!! Will not be back

[Edited]Been here in DC for 8 months and this is the first Japanese restaurant that we saved! Me and my husband have been living in Japan for few years and I can tell this rest has very good sashimi and sushi. Next time we will come to try omakase :) I came back for the Omakase as promised, and again the services and food was exceptional! Is a little bit different from the Omakase in Japan that they will serve little by little and separate per person instead of a all the sushi in one big plate . but Im not complaining because for the quality and amount of food that we got is more than worth it!
