Outstanding service every time

Saw some good reviews. Attendant was friendly and speed was fast. However getting home to eat I had ordered spicy pad Thai. I’ve tasted more flavor from a box of rice crispies. Price was good so maybe it’s a one off. Maybe should have stuck with Chinese food.

I’m used to the staff at Asian restaurants being rude, but they took it to a whole new level of rude!

First, I want to start with the fact that we have eaten at yummy yummy for 6 years. It quickly turned into the ONLY Chinese restaurant we get take out from. Unfortunately, tonight they have lost our loyalty. We ordered $70 worth of food, picked it up on the way home from work. As our 3 children are eating their pork fried rice, egg rolls and sweet and sour chicken....they ALL start pulling little black hairs out of their mouths. Naturally, I'm like "did you guys wash ya hands?" because this place would surely never serve something with that many hairs. Then I take a few bites...and I start pulling out MULTIPLE little hairs from my mouth. I call the restaurant- it's rush hour on a Friday night and we live 15 minutes away. They refuse to refund us unless we bring the food back in. First off, I have divided this food out on plates. Some was eaten before the hairs started showing up. I let them know if we don't get a refund for the 3 items with the hair, we will take our business elsewhere. They call back and repeat the same thing. So I do as well. Food out is too expensive right now to risk eating somewhere that wants you to drive 20 mins back to prove to them , THEIR mistake. Will just have to dispute the charge with our credit card company. So sad they have this type of customer service.

I ordered shrimp, white rice and broccoli. The shrimp tasted like over stored shrimp with little to go on. The egg roll tasted like it was cooked in old grease. It had no taste to it. Some of these Japanese and China food is very nasty. I saw much similar when l visited China. Some unkempt locations and unclean environments. Real cautious about eating food of not knowing whether they are clean . Will not return..... Parking: Many
