This place was really a gem for Sichuan food. I had my doubts before I visited but this place has exceeded my expectations. The decors was typical of a Chinese restaurant enhanced by "white influence". I ordered a spicy beef noodle and it was very good. The broth was light and flavorful, with sour vegetables and the beef was very tender and tasty. The sautéed kidney dish was the star of the show, as it was perfectly cooked and easily the best of its kind that I've hand in DFW. If this place was closer to where I currently live, I would be coming every week.
Really good food. And it tastes really great. It just feels very authentic for Chinese food and it's a good replacement for East Ocean which was the restaurant that used to be there
It is just delicious. We ordered 3 dishes, spicy wonton, kung pao chicken and dry hot pot. All are the best I ever had. I would recommend this place to who love Chinese food. If you don't like hot then you can ask for less of it. Enjoy.
First time. Walked in and ordered carry out. Just sat and observed. Thought I was on a practical joke game show. Food was excellent! Did not know I needed to order rice. So had to make some when I got home. It's a shame the service is SO bad. Cause the food is really good. Will not be back, however.
Only place in flower mound to get good Chinese
Tried the lunch portion of the sesame chicken for my first visit. Served with a small bowl of egg drop soup, fried rice, and a small egg roll. Everything was hot and fresh. The sauce on the chicken was a little sweet but very good. The price was very reasonable at $10. The people working were very friendly. There were several people in the restaurant and some were repeat customers. Already have my next lunch picked out when I return.
