Yu Hing Takeaway

The food is nice! It can be greasy with noodles and fried rice. Salt and pepper dishes are nice and spicy. The only thing is, they get the orders wrong. So make sure you check. I got all the way home to find out they gave me gravy and not curry sauce. Nothing like sitting down to some chips, curry sauce and a Singapore Noodles, all get a splashing of Curry. Gravy doesn't substitute it in any way. This isn't the first time. The poor lady is run off her feet. So check, just in case. Oh and the Salt and pepper ribs are like the ones Fred Flintstone had on his car in the credits Yes, I'm old.

We really enjoyed our takeaway from here tonight. Ordered via phone and we collected it 20 mins later. Our food was well wrapped and piping hot. Good portions, plenty of choice, delicious food. Best Chinese in the area!

This establishment has an annoying habit of closing early, the food is excellent the staff are friendly enough but when I get home from work at 9:30pm i often find them closed. It says on their menu that it is supposed to be open until 10 pm. So, whether it is a quiet night or not, it should do what it says on the menu. Also, they only accept cash, which is a nuisance because it means having to walk or drive to the opposite side of the village to get to an ATM, just to draw out money, which is a grind when it's raining.
