About Yoon’s Spoon Opened in the summer of 2011 and located on Beach Blvd near San Pablo next to The Gym Jax, Yoon’s Spoon offers delicious salads, rice bowls, bento boxes and a wide variety of catering options for business and social events. Popular dishes include the Ahi Poke Bowl, Pear Salad with homemade spicy walnuts, and the Bulgogi Beef Korean Bento. Yoon Sun received her formal training at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco in 1998. She prepares each dish personally, so calling or texting orders is highly recommended. Together with her husband JP they are raising 2 teenage boys and have been in Jacksonville from 2007.
