We tried to come get yogurt and there was a poetry reading starring at us before we even got through the door. Frankly, we were unsure if we could still come in to get yogurt. Before we walked in, we thought we might call and double check that it was okay for us to come get yogurt thinking maybe someone in the back would be able to answer the phone. Across the street, through the window, we watch a poetry viewer decline our call. Needless to say, we did not get any frozen yogurt that night. I am all for community events and supporting fine arts such as poetry, but when you are the only frozen yogurt establishment in Flagstaff, you have to consider your broader responsibilities. I am sure the frozen yogurt would have tasted great.

Visiting from out of town and we were all disappointed. The selection of toppings are basic items I could of bought from the store. $22 for 3 small bowls. Wouldn't recommend.

The consistency of the yogurt is similair to frozen milk, portion sizes were small for the large price compared to other froyo places. Would not recommend.

I really wanted to like this place and to support smaller businesses. Unfortunately, this just wasn't for me. The frozen yogurt wasn't all that frozen and was more of a loose, slushy texture. The flavors were very odd, artificial, and waxy tasting. Out of the 5 I sampled, only 1 was bareable. I'm not sure if they just haven't gotten their flavor mixing quite right or if it's intentional, but they didn't taste good. They also ask for tips at a self-serve froyo place, which doesn't make sense. Especially since you're paying about $12 to $15 bucks for 1 Froyo, and all they do is cash you out. I also came for that art aspect of this place, but there really wasn't much to see. I thought the walls would be covered in local art and showcased around. I also wish the toppings were labeled because I grabbed what I thought were peanut m&ms but got something else, and it kinda messed up what I was going for. They should also keep a lid or something over toppings to prevent them from getting stale and rock hard like majority of the ones I grabbed were. Unfortunately me and the person I came with ended up throwing ours away and getting some somewhere else, which is never what you want. You never want your customers to feel like they wasted their money. I say all this not to mean but because it has the potential to be a really cool spot.

Great yogurt and great atmosphere! So happy to finally have a froyo place in Flagstaff. The staff are extremely friendly as well.
