Yo Burger Lisburn Road

This was a first for me having to pay £1.50 for ketchup at a burger joint. The business owner needs a reality check! The meal was good though!

Outstanding service! It's hard to maintain the quality of the food when you have it delivered but the food was outstanding. Will absolutely be ordering again!

In my 49 years on the planet, the worst service and most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered. They got a delivery order wrong - which happens - but when I told them about it they said there was nothing they could do. Other than keep my money for food that they didn’t send me. They could do that.

Decided to try Yo Burger yesterday. Disappointment to say the least. Overpriced for a start. Cheese & bacon burger, chicken burger, dirty fries and 2 cans £28! Beef burger no different to a McDs and was tasty but very overpriced Chicken burger had a burnt side. Dirty fries were certainly that! Sorry oil sopping over them and that’s all we tasted Dissatisfied with the 1st and last YoBurger experience!!

10/10 food. You won't be disappointed if a chicken burger or regular cheeseburgers what you're craving

Rated my overall experience as 3. Got food for delivery so didn’t score down the service or atmosphere as I have never eaten in the establishment. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great for my first order with Yo Burger. My food was cold on arrival, the burger was ok in terms of temperature however the bun was soggy and the chips were so cold when they arrived. The goujons and garlic dip was good. I imagine the food would have been so much better if it was warm. I think the big issue hampering the experience is considering how the food is stored and wrapped prior to delivery so it doesn’t hurt the food. Overall I’m sure the food quality is likely to be better so don’t let my review deter you from trying. Just don’t get it delivered it will be a waste of your money.

Unfortunately, yo burger has went under and below what I expected. I would love if they were a decent food establishment, but they are horrible. Very soggy food, and only a mediocre taste. Sorry yo burger, but you can do better.
