A little about us Yin Ji Chang Fen was founded in the 1950’s. It is a food chain that mainly serve Rice Rolls and Congees. Over the years, Yin Ji Chang Fen became famous for it’s high quality taste of the traditional Rice Roll and became well-known in the province of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
