Lovely pub for a drink, really relaxed atmosphere, nice land lady and cute doggys!! Great prices for pints

Called in with a walking group of friends. Great selection of beers and a lovely warm welcome from the staff. Chef came out and was more than happy to accomadate our requirements. Great stop for food and refreshments. Thankyou

Great day doing pony rides . The customers children really enjoyed the ponies. Lovely family pub , great food.

Food was pretty basic

First visit to this pub, will return next time I am in the area. Good selection of food on the menu.

Lovely Sunday breakfast Parking: Small car parking to the side of the pub. Wheelchair accessibility: No steps into pub building or into the toilets.

Visited early Feb....never again...it was shocking....we were the only 2 in the pub at 1pm. It was so cold even the 2 staff had coats on. We ordered fish & chips and the fish had that much grease in it .. it soaked through all the chips. We still don't know why we didn't just walk out. Live and learn !!!!!

What a lovely pub to visit. The food was excellent and very flavoursome. The staff were lovely and very attentive. Highly recommend a visit if your about this way. 5 stars

we came in just for a drink and when chatting to the bar man i mentioned about liking the half carling glasses, he then offered me some and came over with two freshly washed glasses as they don’t serve that beer anymore. honestly so wholesome and just such a lovely thing to do.
