What an amazing place, excellent food and great service.this is what we needed in Roseville.

Beautiful interior, excellent and speedy service, and delectable food. The kitchen has glass walls so you can see the chefs preparing dumplings, and they arrive at your table hot and delicious. I tried the wontons in chili oil and the pork soup dumplings and they were perfect alone and enjoyed together to break up the spice with the comforting soup. The waitresses and hostesses were incredibly friendly, checked on us often, and were overall very pleasant. The interior is gorgeous, with painted walls and florals in the dining area. 10/10 would recommend. Will be returning to enjoy more dumplings :) Update: came back again and I was so excited to see a crowd and filled tables!! The first time my friend and I came here was the same week that they opened, so seeing it become popular is super fun. My boyfriend and I got the pork soup dumplings and the wontons in chili oil I loved so much the last time, and we added the baked BBQ pork bao to the order as well. Top tier. He said it was his favorite item of the night, but soup dumplings still hold the keys to my heart.

Update: Still no alcohol. So I'm taking downgrading to 3 stars. If you don't want to pay for a liquor license, then don't open a sit-down restaurant. Original review below. Excellent tasty food. Gets very busy at dinner time, but service is good and quick. No alcohol but was told they are working on the permit. Good to have authentic xiaolongbao in Placer County.

Unique little dim sum place just opened 4 months ago in Roseville. They also have Chinese food, so its not all dumplings. We got their early, because the place did fill up for dinner. A must try!
