Great staff, food, atmosphere. Next time I’m in Alexandria defiantly coming back!

What a delightful place! A good variety of choices, and they had some of my very favorites (ahi tuna AND comforting potato soup in the same meal? Hard to find!) Just driving through Alexandria on a long road trip and this place was the perfect stop. Enjoy!!

My must stop place while home from Mobile. Today special pulled pork plate, garlic mash potatoes, green beans, and corn. Also comes with the most amazing spinach salad and I got the king cake bread pudding. My daughter added the potato soup. We added a coke and sweet tea in bottles. We both ate for $39.31 and it was so worth it to get a home cooked meal for lunch. The bread pudding is phenomenal and I dream about while away working. I always highly recommend Word of Mouth.

I would call this hyper local. Family run. Made from scratch. Tried the tuna burger, spicy shrimp pasta, and of course the bread pudding. Everything was EXCELLENT. Very unique local and decor. Will gladly return on my next trip through town.
