The incompetence is legendary at this location. Two Uber orders in a row and they forgot four packages of medium fried both times. It's pathetic and I'm fairly certain they're doing it on purpose.

Every time there is something missing when we order in drive thru! Unfortunately I only notice when I get home, so it’s too late to get the order right. Today it wasn’t different, my mc nugget sauce was missing and both cheeseburgers came with pickles, even though the label says NO PICKLES!!!! Probably the worst McDonald’s in London, ON!
