This place is so much fun!! Not just bar food, but amazing pub food! I had the cottage pie & it was sooo good! We played musical bingo & had a blast singing all night long. Our server, Kellie, was a fabulous bar tender & Paddy, the owner ran the bingo. True Irish fun & warmth! HUGE fish n chips!! Highly recommend this place!! I will be back!!
The atmosphere was ok, a little rough on the edges in some ways but not terrible. What really made the atmosphere bad though was the fact that there were gnats flying around, my wife pulled one from her drink and I ended up getting 2 gnats in mine, and I'm sure one or more went unnoticed. 3 dishes ordered, a Reuben sandwich that had good flavor, juicy, and a good balance of saltiness. Another was the turkey club, again nice well balanced good flavor. The third was the cottage pie. Well, that not so good. The description reads that it is beef, fresh herbs, and vegetables simmered in a rich broth. Well, the beef tasted burnt and lots of visibly burnt areas, the rosemary was so overpowering and abundant that I was pulling as much as I could out as i was tired of having little sticks in my mouth, and as for the broth, well, that was dehydrated into thin air and was overly dried up. I ate more of the mash potatoes and left a lot of the meat behind as it was not enjoyable.
Great place for locals and those looking for authentic music Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible limited in certain parts of the restaurant
The service was really good, Meg, Jason and the Cook Lady were so nice and funny. The food was limited because they made everything from scratch, but I just went with what they recommended, and it was amazing! The Irish platter is a good way to taste what they got to offer. It was delicious, and the barley beef soup was surprisingly delicious. I went early at 11 when they opened, and it was empty, but it picked back up around 1 pm. If you want authentic Irish food, go here!
Very authentic little Irish pub. The service was a bit slow, but totally worth it. The owner is very sweet.
My boyfriend and I were in Florida for a little while and we had met some family at Wolfhound. We were late, but Patty, the owner, was so nice, had a wonderful sense of humor, and he was more than happy to get us some food late at night. The food was absolutely amazing and quick. Would absolutely come here again next time we come out!
Great local find! Excellent, friendly service. Try the app sampler for a great variety of Irish treats. Fish and chips are awesome! Large portions and seasoned great. We happen to hit a karaoke night and it was tons of fun. Definitely will visit again!
We had a fantastic meal. The Cottage Pie and Bangers & Mash we great. Our server Nick was spot on. One of the best servers we've ever had! Looking forward to our next visit.
I really want to like this place and i have tried it three times since January. Tonight we Waited 37 minutes to receive my first drink. They Ran out of my first choice - pinot Grigio, and this is the second time this has happened. No chicken wings, and again for the second time. Opted for the Fish and chips - it was very very greasy - the oil needed changing badly. I Left both pieces on my plate untouched but our Server could care less. We Had to basically jump in front of her to get her attention for our check so we could get the heck out. Very poor service. Very poor food. Tip option starts at 27%. Wow. I will not be back. Too bad, I really wanted this place to work as it’s walkable from home. Don’t recommend. Their decent score has to be from friends because that’s Three out of three for a very bad experience.
The food is fresh daily and is excellent. The staff are wonderful, as is the owner, Paddy. Every time we went, he welcomed us with a smile, and I remember you! The bar has bands and nightly activities. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely go back. Thanks, Paddy, for a great time.
