I just bought an order of 50 wings and 3 orders of fries. All of the wings are good except the one I grabbed from the BBq ones! No chicken is involved in this one. It’s pure breading not cool. Looks like someone just made a ball of breading and put in the fryer

My husband and I ordered dinner for the family tonight. The kids ordered a large order of plain fries (to go with what they were having from home). My husband ordered wings and a large lightly seasoned French fry. I ordered a large cheese fry lightly seasoned with their Cajun seasoning. We did not receive what we ordered. My husband's wings and my kids fries were perfect. My husband's fries had no seasoning at all. My cheese fries had no cheese and were barely seasoned at all. Quality control is atrocious. The order should have been checked before it was sealed into its bag. Instead I have an incomplete meal and the only thing the location would do is refund my fries. Increase in minimum wage should not mean a decrease in the quality of service.

Food was decent and had great prices. Hawaiian sauce was too sweet for my liking, but the mango habanero was fantastic! Kayla, one of the workers, deserves a raise, she was absolutely phenomenal, so kind & patient was busy with a smile on her face the entire time!

I had ordered online and was missing an item, when I called to inform them they questioned me over and over like I was making it up. They eventually agreed to refund my item which they never did. It's a shame how poor most places have become with their care of patrons

Fries greasy and not fresh. When it’s fresh they are awesome. I called to have it remade. She said it took 30 minutes to get there. Order takes 25 to make; doesn’t explain the burnt out grease taste. Lousy customer service and not consistent with their food. Use to be much better.

Talked to the manager twice apparently this is perfectly fine Check food before driving off obviously can see other reviews now Wheres the sauce wingstop ??
