Wingstop

It was so depressing in there, nobody looked like they wanted to work and my food was poorly seasoned and it took forever, will never come here again.

This was my third experience at Wing Stop, and this time the food, service, and atmosphere was just okay. They need to fix one of their registers and clean the dining room.

Absolutely horrible service. We ordered $100 worth of food and not only missed ALL of our ranches, but an entire meal in our order was missing. The food has 0 seasoning on it and 6 boneless wings were cold. It took the average amount of time to make, so we didn’t think to call at first, but we decided it was necessary. We called SIX times and not one response was acknowledged. After finally picking up, they did give us a refund and respected what we had to say. Nonetheless, we are very disappointed and upset that this is how our night ended up. I hope this review is seen and people understand that bad service can ruin many experiences.

Fast service and wings are absolutely delicious! That ranch sauce is top tier.

tbh i really dont like giving reviews at all let alone bad ones but i ordered $75 of food at the register, waited an hour which honestly is normal so i didn't say much until noticing people who had ordered after me were recieving large orders, so i ask the person behind the counter (who was very helpful) how much longer it would be, only to find out my order ticket had never actually went to the kitchen and was "lost" they had no ticket with my name on it in their system at all and had to "remake" my entire order which took another 30 minutes, they refunded the order which i did appreciate but honestly if you dont want to wait on your food for more than 1hour id just save my time and pick something else. i really dont blame the workers because it looks severely understaffed, i enjoy the food a lot but i feel like the company should hire more people at a clearly popular location.
