Wingstop

Wings were cold and I had to wait for them to be made fresh weird. Did they make them then make me wait till they were cold. Didn't even eat half of my order

I love Wingstop but if you have a problem good luck. I paid for delivery and only got part of my order. Called the store and spoke to Stephanie who claimed to be the manager. This manager clearly needs skills in listening, basic customer service and empathy. Who pays for delivery only to be told I would have to come to the store to get the items that were forgotten? Thats stupid. Then the ignorant manager claimed I would need to deal with Door Dash and have them take care of it. Why? Manager talked down to me like I’m her child or some idiot. I tried to keep my calm. It should have been handled professionally. That was too difficult for Stephanie. As far as calling Door Dash, they didn’t screw up my order. Stephanie is really clueless about handling problems especially those made by her store. I called Wingstop customer service twice to get help. I refuse to talk to Stephanie. I was told I’d get a refund. Nothing has happened. Talked to who was supposedly the owner. Said he’d take care of it. Still not done. Clearly Wingstop cares zero about customer service or following through with promises. Been waiting over a month. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back. I’ll just file a dispute with my cc company to get a refund.

We debated coming here today. When we’ve come in the past it always takes so long to get our order. As of this moment of writing this we have been waiting 30 mins and still haven’t received our food! This will be the last time we come! They need to take care of people in house and not just focus on outside orders! They could have a line for pick up orders and one for in house. Or have one associate working on in house order and one on online orders. The TV’s are blaring and radio is on! To loud. Temperature is cold Unpleasant atmosphere The place is clean.

First time having wings stop and ordered it via DoorDash food showed up a little late no big deal. Once I opened up my food my wings showed up sauce less and fries undercooked. Not very impressed especially with the cost of the food

Half the order was not included and the drinks were wrong as well.

Waited over an hour for food being the only one in the dining area. The place is so cold I was still cold with a heavy jacket on. The owner was just sitting at a table just on his computer not even worried about us sitting there for that long with no food. Not coming back.
