First I tried ordering online and it kept declining all of my cards when I tried to pay, but when I checked everything was fine on my end, so I tried the app, same thing. So when I tried calling the restaurant someone picked up, then hung up without answering. When I called a 3rd time, they put me on hold, and I am still on hold after 5 minutes as I’m writing this review. I don’t know if this was a bad night, but more workers are definitely need at this establishment

Good need to always give fresh fries out

Ordered bone in wings and got mostly bone. Over half of my order was just bone with some skin. Not impressed.

Every employer from the manager on down was very rude. It's so sad I will never go to this location again especially at night.... Customer service is really bad....

Walked in to place a simple order and I didn’t get my order for over an hour and half. I was told it would only take about 15 min. Asked one of the workers up front about it, said he’d look into it, but he never got back to me. Tried asking another person, but got ignored. Finally the food came out. Will never come back here and WILL NOT RECOMMEND to ANYONE
