Long azzzzz wait times....plus th workers..well some.fot I to it with customers because food took over 45 min..I was waiting also..they were their before me tho..they say this is the worst one Togo to and I totally agree!!!
Terrible customer service... cashier got annoyed and was inpatient while we looked at the menu. Took about 40 min to get our food. We didn't seem like a priority. Lazy employees. Food wasn't even correct.

We used to order from this location regularly. But in August we did an online order and paid online...we walked in to get our order at the time it said to but after over an hour of waiting and still no food, we just asked to get a refund. They said the GM would refund us our money but over a month later still NO REFUND...so we paid $50 for food we never ate. Will not go back until I get a refund.

I placed an order for pick up at 5:05pm. Got a confirmation email for pick up in 16-21 minutes. I arrived at the store at 5:25pm. I ended up walking out with my food at 5:55pm. Almost an hour after i placed my order. The food was hot but not worth the wait time. I will never being going to this location every again. Seems very disorganized and very chaotic. To go bags were placed in the pick up spot and 2 workers were just chit chatting away while people had been waiting for over a half an hour.
Also never order delivery from this restaurant with a beverage because you will get the wrong beverage every time.
Super fast went on my lunch break ordered online super fresh food and very fast they always have deals
They messed up my friend’s order, forgot both of our drinks and the tables were stinky. They had little crumbs and ketchup on them. The food was great though!!!
I put in an order for 2 and I had the lady repeat the order back to me. It was correct. I was confident that my order was going to be great! But today when I arrived, I paid for my order. The lady gave me cups with a piece of long hair on it and they forgot the ranch dressing. Also i requested dried lemon pepper wings and they put butter oil on them anyways. And my lemon pepper wings were cook soft on a few. I’m so disappointed. I would just like to pay for food and great service. People in the back need to pay more attention to the orders.
The wings were very good, it was crowded. The only problem was ordering online. It said drinks were unavailable and the side didn't make it into the bag. Suppose a glitch in trying to get the order in after the fifth time didn't help. It was a sealed bag so I didn't check it before home. The door handle needs to be disinfected often, glad I had hand sanitizer in the car a sticky steering wheel is no fun to drive.

Waited almost an hour for food. People who ordered before us got theirs before we did. The “kids” were more worried about the tv then making the orders.
Just went there on a Saturday night and even though the place was packed AND they had some 'kitchen malfunctions', my order was ready on time and 100% correct
