I decided to try it again after few months later of bad experience and still worse than before OMG I ordered meal of wings classic after waiting almost 45 minutes my wings came wrong order ok they fixed it but the wings was disgusting not cooked well still blood on 🤮 hair in the wings eww plus they never fried it good enough not crispy at all paid $13 for disgusting chicken wings never again I couldn’t eat even one piece.
I hate to write a negative review, but I feel compelled to share my experience regarding the lack of communication from Wingstop. I lost my diamond wedding ring at one of their locations and promptly contacted the restaurant to inquire if it had been turned in or if there was any security footage that could help. Unfortunately, the employees told me it wasn’t found and I would need to speak with a supervisor.
I made multiple attempts to follow up, only to be told that someone would get back to me. After two weeks of waiting and no response, I reached out to corporate via email—again, no response. I even spoke with a manager at another Wingstop location, who assured me he would forward my concerns to the district and regional managers. It has now been two weeks since then, and I still haven’t heard back from anyone.
I understand it is not Wingstop's fault that I lost my ring, but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. A simple phone call or email, even just to acknowledge my concern, would have been appreciated. It’s extremely rude and disrespectful to leave a customer in the dark like this. I expected better customer service from such a well-known brand.

Ordered to go at this location. The gentleman who took my order was sweet. But I ordered 6 wings and it took them 45 minutes to make them when nobody else was there. Wings take 12 minutes to make in a deep fryer for reference. Plus they got my order wrong 😂
Horrible location all together. Messed up our DoorDash order not once but twice. I don’t recommend them and the manager is a liar. Close this nasty place down. Also sent cold fries to my location 2 times like clearly they have an issue.
Do you all know what seasoning is? Put some seasoning on them wings! Customer service and atmosphere is great. Give it that flavor, that sauce.
They gave me my food with a literal bite taken out of one of the wings- then they wouldn’t let me just get a refund after I lost my appetite- don’t eat here
The boneless and with bone in wings were very moist and incredibly delicious. Unfortunately, the staff were much less enthusiastic.
Worst wings/boneless I have ever had. Wings looked boiled and 90% of the sauce was on the paper where it looked like they randomly decided which boneless wings they did want to sauce.
Great service food came out fast within 10 to 15 minutes. Fresh and delicious clean restaurant and clean bathrooms all the time.
Came here to get wings I wait over 30 minutes for the wings. While here was watching this younger girl in the back making wings yelling at people constantly cursing at other employees. See photo attached of employee.

Good wings and perfect timing. Online order didn't have to wait got then when I walked in the door. My sister tried them for the first time she is a happy new customer :-)

This restaurant need to be shut down I see why it's so low rated they take way too long on their orders
I can not tell you how BAD the service was. We got there at 11 o'clock, there was no one in line. I placed my order and I waited more than half an hour for our food. The guy working there didn't even care. When I asked what is taking sol long he laughed at me. The food was very good. I also don't like it when I can't pay cash.
The employees are so sweet and they all deserve the world. The food is always made perfect despite how busy they are and how rude some customers can be. I appreciate their kindness, patience, and hospitality.
