Wingstop

Food was made fresh and hot. I ordered online to go which is much easier than having to place an order inside due to that it is small inside. Very happy with the quality and freshness of my order. I will be back!

This Wingstop was extremely dirty. I slipped twice with catching myself on the greasy floors. The table we sat at was so dirty , was not wiped prior to us sitting. The restroom was so gross , dirty, greasy. I’m not one to ever complain but I have no idea what made my family and I sick after eating there. Maybe the chicken was under cooked .

Waited an hour for a $30 order that was dine-in & given the food in a bag not on a tray...food was really cold & soggy...my disappointment is immeasurable & couldn't even finish my meal...I'm pregnant & this food wasn't even quality to even feed to my dog also disappointed that everyone else that ordered dine-in got their food on trays *farting sound*

Wings were a great size but then I go to pull the ranch out the bag and the ranch was a 1/3 filled. Looks like they picked one out the trash with leftover ranch and gave it to me. On top of it open my bad my and ranch is just thrown all over the place.

UBER DRIVERS!!! Don’t go to this place unless you live to wait!!! People don’t even know how to tell you if the order has been picked up or not or how much time estimate that you have to wait.. waited over 15 minutes and people without came after me got there order first and they just ordered!!! very disappointed in this location!!! They need better workers!!!

Waited for over an hour for my food!! As I tried asking the cashier about my order she writes 5 people names and goes to the back then returns with no information on anyone's order. I can see stacks of finished bags on a shelf and even the ones they put on the counter no one called them out. At one point the customer started calling out the names themselves. Even after I had the cashier write the conformation # down she still walks away and doesn't address the order. Not till I ask for a manager do I get my order that was sitting on the shelf the whole time. The cashier was rude and spaced out I am always willing to give anyone the benefit of doubt but she has no business in customer service.
