Prices are absolutely ridiculous. Haven't been in months and I see why. Won't be patronizing this business anymore besides I found some better wings and you don't have to send the food back, MORE THAN ONCE!!!! Update 4 years later and they are worse! A bunch of kids standing around on they phone, running back n forth outside, not washing they hands may I add, before returning to the kitchen, yelling, very loud, for no reason, trading food with restaurant next door, off clock employees going around counter to kitchen to make food to go, no customer service skills, slow, inattentive, messing up orders, bland chicken and rubbery, nasty cooking area and seating area, AND RESTROOM, nobody’s washing they hands, no hair nets, unsanitary!! But guess what, that’s what you get when you hire kids! I will not go back, PERIOD!! Update 2/18/24 yep I tried it again was craving some of the seasoning. It was not bad. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice, they half way cooked my chicken right meaning, 5 of the 10 piece, different flavors, was not fried crispy, but the other half was. I got hot fries and I was good. 3 and a half stars..

So apparently only 2 or 3 people work here and lack of staff is why you can only order online. Irks. Don't waste gas going if you haven't ordered already

Monday thru Friday night crew did exactly job

We’re on there phone and made me wait 45 minutes for an order that was suppose to take 13 minutes

My organization places large orders at least once or twice a month at this location. Just about every time we are either missing all the fries, all the ranch, or other multiple items are missing out of the order. I've suggested that we stop eating here. When we go pick up the food it's like the employees are at a party. It makes sense why the orders are wrong.

Called in a order of simple voodoo fries. Waited 20 minutes went to get them...stood in line 5 minutes and wasn't acknowledged. Another couple walks and they asked if they picking up. I had to jump in and inform I was picking up. They down play it saying it's just fries right. Yes. The supervisor I'm making you fresh fries we 30 minutes in at this point. I wait another 10 before I walk out. Absolutely sad service. I do not recommend go to another location. Fries yall can't even make in a timely manner. I'd rather had warm fries than my time wasted.

I was told at a previous visit to come up front and ask about online orders. I did that today and was ignored multiple times by the cashier. When I took it upon myself to check the orders for mine, the manager (lady with the teal/blue hair) yelled that we can't touch anything, we need to ask for help. When I stated that I did but was ignored multiple times, she repeated the same thing. So what's the procedure? Because waiting today for 30 minutes after my order was ready is ridiculous. And of course the fries were cold (probably because they had sat there for 30 flippin minutes!!)

Went in to try and place an order, told online only. As I leave I hear manager start mimicking me being surprised and mocking me. Will not be back.

Only been here a few times. Once it was really busy and took some time to get my food. Other times I ordered ahead and it was fine. Good food
