Customer service was great, food was fresh and hot

I eat here twice a week and they have never been late with my order and it is always delicious. The employees are also friendly. I give it a 10/10.

This place is so slow there was at least 10 people waiting and no food coming out. Don’t go here unless you want to wait forever …. Horrible

The Korean wings are splendid!

Unnecessarily rude employees, hung up on me multiple times when I was trying to solve an issue that was on them. Won't be spending money there anymore.

My husband placed an order through the wingstop website, which apparently uses doordash. About 10 minutes before the estimated delivery time, the order got canceled. We call the restaurant to see what's going on, they say our food was stolen and we need to call door dash in order to have them send a new ticket. We do so, then the same thing happens for a second time. Wing stop employees were rude over the phone when we were being polite about it. I call for a refund, and again the customer service was very rude. I understand the restaurant is busy and things happen, but at the very least, they could treat their customers with respect.

Wings were tiny and a overcooked.

doesnt matter what time of the day you come here, terrible service, rude staff. Came to pick up my order, wasn't ready, waited 20 more minutes, now I'm almost an hour in waiting for wings of all things! I could of sat at a restaurant & had my food by now, workers seemed annoyed by customers, they're not friendly at all. This place needs a new owner, and let go of every single worker in there and get all new workers, that are trained to be friendly and helpful and stop playing around and messing around and just get customers in and out the front of the store is always so trashy and disgusting garbage all over the place, just avoid this location I always give restaurants 3 trys before I stop going, in case they were short-staff, maybe had a new cook, training? this my my 3rd & final time here.

Bro came at 11:25 tried to place an order guy said I have to place an order online then went to try to place an order it wasn’t working came back in and he said he forgot they turned they’re orders off . Like please do ur job YOU PICKED

This store in Roseville is the worst service! I have been wanting for two door dash orders for over 40 minutes. Most the people working here are doing nothing but standing around. This happens every single time I come in here. I am done coming here!!!! I will add over 10 door dashers have been waiting as long as I have been!!! I wish I could give them a negative star!!! To be fair two men were working their butts off!

First time at this location. Food was not hot...a little warm. Didn't have time to ask that it be re-cooked

Very helpful staff. Food was a bit salty for my taste but still good. Give them some business if you're in the area.
