Great halal chicken wings

I placed an order to pick up at 630p. I new today (superbowl sunday) would be busy so I purposely order 3 hours in advance to pick up 1 hour after the start of the game. Only to arrive and find out they were almost over an hour behind schedule. How in the HECK are you still accepting orders when you can't fill the orders you have already committed to! Management refused to cancel and refund orders as if the customer is to blame foe their poor planning! This was my first and last time ordering from this location! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
