Wingstop

Wings are excellent. Had classic lemon pepper and boneless lemon pepper. I was surprised how good the boneless wings were. It's not a great dine in place. It's nothing like Buffalo Wild Wings, but it's a great place for takeout wings. Will definitely get them again.

Not consistent with quality. Also the employees should wear hairnets or have their hair pulled back. Management needs to step up.

Called in order and it was all automated. Had to pay over the phone. Got there and they didn’t even know what was going on. They couldn’t even verify that the number I called was theirs. Then they made us show our bank statement to prove we paid!!

Do NOT order from the Penn Hills location! Horrible customer service! No manager on-site and they won't even give you the manager's name. They made no effort to resolve my concern and then hung up on me!

It's OK. The workers are nice. Sometimes the wings can be out for the night but if you order online, the order goes through. Then, when you pick it up, they tell you there's no more wings for the night.

Took a hour to get my food and they just kept telling me it will be out in a couple minutes.

Let us in slightly earlier and let us order food. I'm not sure what his name was, I think he was the manager. He was incredibly sweet. Even held the door open for us. I had the hickory smoked BBQ and it was amazing. The fries were fantastic too. I was just in the area at the DMV and stopped here for lunch. I don't live around here but if I did I would come back again. I very much recommend.

This was the first time trying Wingstop. I got the limited time 25 boneless wings, large fry, 2-20oz drinks, and Cajun corn on the cob. Everything was hot and delicious. You can get 3 different flavors for the 25 wings and 3 dipping sauces. The Cajun corn definitely has a kick on it and the lemon pepper flavor is buttery and packed with flavor. Usually when i get boneless chicken at other places it’s a lot of bread with a small cube of meat in the middle. Not this wingstop, the boneless wings did not disappoint. I will be back to get more in the near future.

Food terrible I complained and the worker called me a slur. I will never eat here or support these people and neither should you. They like to be little customers and call customers out their name. DONT WASTE YOUR DIME ON THIS DRY CHICKEN!

Don’t try to call in an order. I had to talk to a painfully slow AI named Ayden. When I finally got to paying for it, Ayden glitched and sent me to some nice people in India who had no idea what was going on.

Bone in wings are cooked well. Fries are seasoned well. They have a variety of flavors for the wings. A little pricey for wing dings and not the whole wing.

The food was great staff was friendly and everything was on point
